I needed to send an old family piano to another family member, a musician, because my new home was too small to accomodate the piano and my grown son was no longer playing it. I arranged the entire move by phone without any problems. I had to get it out of the old house for closing before you could get there so I sent it to a local piano specialist. You picked it up there with no issues and it arrived at my nephew’s with no issues and he is happy with the sound. He provided favorable feedback on the delivery. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the move.
